Quantities listed on this page are reflective of a 50 head guest count. Package quantities will be altered to reflect specific guest counts for each event and be provided in your written event plan.

All packages include:

• 300 8 oz plastic cups 

• 300 12 oz plastic cups 

• Beverage napkins 

• Straws 

• Chalkboard menu 

• Ice 

• Individualized event plan 

• Suggested spirits shopping list 

• 6 hours of service (1 hour set up, 1 hour tear down, and 4 hours of bar service time) 

*Additional bar service time may be purchased at the rate of 100$/hr*

< 100 guests = 1 bartender 

> 100 guests = 2 bartenders 

> 250 guests = 3 bartenders  

Add on non-alcoholic drink package: 

35 cans of coke, diet coke, sprite, and 200 bottles of water
