Do you provide the alcohol? 

We do not include alcohol. Due to licensing restrictions by the State of Michigan, MI Moose Mobile Bar does not provide or sell alcohol and we cannot accept any payment for alcohol by the glass or in whole. We also cannot facilitate drop off or pick up of these items. This means the client or the caterer provides the alcohol. We will provide you with a suggested spirits shopping list when the event plan is completed. Once the alcohol is provided, we'll take care of the rest! Our team of mixolgists will make sure your bar experience comes to life! 

Do you have a minimum required bar service time?

All of our packages automatically include 4 hours of bar service time and an additional 2 hours are required for set up and tear down. At this time we require a minimum of 3 hours bar service time in order to reserve our services. 

Do you provide the physical bar? 

Most of the vendors we work with have an existing bar at their venue. Although, in the event that there is not a bar at the event location, we have a portable bar we can bring with us! The additional fee for our mobile bar is $100. 

How far will you travel?

We will travel anywhere in the state of Michigan! Our home base is Brooklyn, MI and we travel within a 75 mile radius for no extra charge. Events outside of our radius incure a $1/mile travel fee. 

What's included in my free quote? 

We can provide you with a written rough draft event plan, complete with item quantities and suggested featured cocktails. You will get to see what is all included in your specific event BEFORE you put a deposit down!

I'm ready! What's required to save my date?

We required a signed service contract and a $250 deposit in order to save a date.
